Extradition paper, April 22, 1850, from Mich. Gov. Barry empowering Eli Saderoot (sp?) to catch David Hudson, a fugitive from justice, being held in Wis. The form is printed on blue paper with additional information added in handwriting, and illustrated with the state seal, with an attached white stamp of the state seal. The form was signed by Barry and the Deputy Sec. of State whose signature is illegible.
